CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To help us serve all our clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment/order, we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within this window help us manage our schedule and support other clients. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24hour notice may be subject to a 60% of service cancellation fee. Guests that arrive 15 minutes late or after, I will have to reschedule the appointment and late charge will be applied No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, a 60% of service no-show fee will apply. Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
